Could Parasites be Making You Sick?

If you have a recurring issue with any of the following which does not seem to resolve itself with or without medication, then perhaps it’s time to consider whether you are harbouring parasites:

  • Constipation or diarrhoea

  • Wind, Bloating

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

  • Aches and pains in muscles

  • Anaemia

  • Nervousness or anxiety

  • Immune dysfunction

  • Chronic Fatigue

  • Any Autoimmune condition

Parasites are, sadly, extremely common and they don’t do any of us any good. They can persist for years gradually depleting your own health as they rob you of nutrients. There are more than 230 common ones. A stool test or blood test has only a slim chance of finding them.

Looking for parasites

Ignorance is not bliss in the case of parasites and getting rid of them will make you feel so much better. Removing the parasite gives your body the opportunity to heal itself, which it naturally wants to do.

What actions can you take if you think you may be harbouring parasites? There are some simple steps to take:

  • Avoid sugary foods and cheap carbohydrates – these feed the parasites

  • Eat plenty of garlic, cayenne pepper and pumpkin seeds

  • Take Biocidin from BioCare. I prefer the liquid form

  • Visit a practitioner with experience in parasites.
